Wathiq provides AI-powered platforms, digital products, and professional services focused on the Omani and regional markets. Some services are provided under separate written agreements or statements of work with our clients. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement with your organization, the signed agreement will prevail for the relevant services.
3. Accounts & Security
If you create an account on any Wathiq platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it when necessary. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. 6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the services will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
